This was my first time trying Muira Puama Tea. As for the flavor; it's surprising good. i would drink this just for the flavor. It also has a brilliantly rich color and pleasant scent as well. I received this this product for free so that I might provide an unbiased review. I am basing my review on the flavor, pleasantness, and general attractiveness. Muira Puama tea claims to be a home remedy for increased libido, circulation and vitality, decreased stress, and better mood balance. I cannot speak to these qualities as I have only tried the product for a few days. It is possible that the product does contain these qualities, but I didn't notice a difference within the first week of use as recommended on the package (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon 1-3 times per day). I do enjoy drinking it and will continue to have a cup when I get up and again in the evenings. If I notice a change in libido, circulation, stress or mood balance, I will update my post to five stars. I strain it in hot water, but that really isn't necessary as it completely dissolves in hot water. I would recommend this product to tea lovers. My only complaint is of the package seal, which isn't very durable, but that doesn't make much of a difference if you have a bag clip or rubber band. Also, the package in the picture is the large size (16oz), not the the smallest size (2oz), so maybe it's only the large size that has that problem.
